We are seeking a knowledgeable and dynamic Compliance and Risk Management Trainer to deliver high-quality training sessions to professionals in the banking, finance, insurance, and related sectors. The trainer will be responsible for designing and delivering interactive learning experiences that strengthen regulatory understanding, enhance compliance culture, and build risk management capabilities.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and deliver training programs on:
• Anti-Money Laundering (AML) & Counter Financing of Terrorism (CFT)
• Regulatory Compliance (local and international standards)
• Customer Due Diligence (CDD), Enhanced Due Diligence (EDD), and KYC
• Operational and Enterprise Risk Management
• Compliance Monitoring and Internal Controls
• Conduct both in-person and virtual training sessions for corporate and individual clients.
• Create training materials, manuals, presentations, case studies, and assessments.
• Stay updated with the latest regulations (e.g., RBI, SEBI, IRDAI) and international standards (FATF, Basel, ISO 31000).
• Customize training content to client needs and industry-specific requirements.
• Evaluate training effectiveness and make improvements based on feedback.
• Contribute to training strategy, curriculum development, and marketing initiatives.
Required Qualifications and Skills:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Law, Finance, Risk Management, or a related field.
• Professional certifications (e.g., ICA, CAMS, FRM, CISA, or equivalent) preferred.
• 3+ years of experience in compliance, risk management, or regulatory affairs.
• Prior training or teaching experience is highly desirable.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills.
• Strong understanding of the Indian regulatory landscape.
• Proficiency in English and Hindi (regional language is a plus)
