- If you are not satisfied with a course, you may request a refund within 7 days of purchase, provided:
- You have completed less than 20% of the course.
- You have not downloaded any course materials or received a certificate.
- Refund Process

- Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.
- Subscription Plans

- You can cancel your subscription at any time via your account settings.
- Upon cancellation, you will retain access to the platform until the end of your current billing cycle.
- Refunds for Subscriptions
- We do not offer partial or full refunds for subscription payments already processed.
- To avoid future charges, cancel your subscription before the next billing date.

- We reserve the right to cancel or disable access to a course or user account for violations of our Terms & Conditions.
- In such cases, no refund will be issued unless determined otherwise at our sole discretion.
- Course Changes or Discontinuation
- If a course is discontinued after purchase but before completion, users may receive a partial refund or transfer credit toward another course.
