    • You have completed less than 20% of the course.
    • You have not downloaded any course materials or received a certificate.

  • In such cases, no refund will be issued unless determined otherwise at our sole discretion.

  • If a course is discontinued after purchase but before completion, users may receive a partial refund or transfer credit toward another course.
